  1. Good morning, 16 years ago I created a mailing list for students and young academics from the former Soviet region. The idea was that information and opportunities for scholars based in the region are scarce.

    Held in Ghent (in Flanders, Belgium) from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 March 2021, the purposes of the event are threefold:
