  1. Good morning, 16 years ago I created a mailing list for students and young academics from the former Soviet region. The idea was that information and opportunities for scholars based in the region are scarce.

    I thus started filtering the information to post only conferences for which scholarships (partial or full) were provided, PhD stipends, publication opportunities and job offers. [...]
